October 26-28 2022 | Haus der bayerischen Landwirtschaft | Herrsching am Ammersee

This three-day event brings together doctoral candidates from various disciplines in the beautiful area of Herrsching am Ammersee. Besides exciting talks from speakers from research and industry, the program contains poster sessions, a workshop on project management for the doctoral thesis, as well as plenty of opportunities for networking and team building.

Located in Herrsching directly at the beautiful Ammersee and surrounded by nature, the Haus der bayerischen Landwirtschaft provides a perfect atmosphere for focused and successful work. 
Furthermore, the venue offers different sports programs as well as a fitness room or you can let a successful seminar day end with table football, billard or table tennis. 
 

Participation & Registration

Participation is free of charge for GRK2274 doctoral candidates, GCB doctoral candidates and doctoral candidates affiliated with MIBE. This includes accommodation, regular meals (including one drink per meal) and workshop costs.

Recognition in TUM-GS qualification program

Participation in the Autumn School can be counted towards subject-specific qualification in the TUM-GS qualification program for doctoral candidates with 21 hours.

For this event, the Corona regulations of Bavaria, TUM, and the event location valid at the time of the event apply. The organizer reserves the right to adapt the number of participants, cancel registrations, or cancel the event, if the pandemic situation and regulations require it.
