It is the mission of the Munich Institute of Biomedical Engineering (MIBE) to foster synergies and excellent collaborations between all areas of expertise in the broad field of Biomedical Engineering.
In this spirit, MIBE is hosting the first Bioengineering Day on June 24th, 2022 at MIBE’s central building at the TUM research campus Garching.
The keynote speaker will be Prof. Dr. Schaeffter (Technische Universität Berlin, Physikalisch-Technische Bundesanstalt, and Einstein Center Digital Future). He will provide us with insights into the topic “Quantitative Measurements in Medicine - Accurate data for better Health”.
Then, two short talks will address the entrepreneurial side of Biomedical Engineering, followed by some information on our new interdisciplinary Master’s study program “Biomedical Engineering and Medical Physics”.
After the talks and an accompanying poster session, there will be plenty of time for networking while enjoying some food and refreshments together.
