Abstract:
This thesis deals with the development and optimization of hardware for monophasic transcranial magnetic stimulation. Two novel stimulators with high current strength and improved pulse energy control were developed and experimentally validated. The goal is a more efficient, targeted and flexible application of neuromodulation in research and clinical practice.
