For the MIBE Seminar Talks in winter term 2022/2023
With registration for this event, you consent that your personal data may be used, processed, and stored for the organization of the MIBE Seminar Talks of the Munich Institute of Biomedical Engineering in the winter term 2022/2023 by the Technical University of Munich (www.tum.de/impressum).
The collected data is only used for the event organization of and will be deleted six weeks after the event.
The usage of data in terms of organization especially involve:
- Administration of registration
- Contacting the participants within the frame of organization
- Creating and distribution participation certificates
After your registration for the event, you will receive a confirmation on your registration. This email will be sent through the server of the company eveeno.
For the technical implementation of the registration, we use eveeno, within the contex of a data processing contract (eveeno, Andreas Bothe, Ellenbogen 8, 91056 Erlangen). The company eveeno does not forward the data to third parties. Data will only be processed by employees of TU Munich who organize the event. The storage of data on behalf of the company eveeno is done by the company Hosteurope. The data is stored in the computing center Datadock in Straßbourg. Employees of TU Munich store data on the servers of the Leibniz Rechenzentrum der Bayerischen Akademie der Wissenschaften.
At any given time, without affecting the legitimacy of the processing of my data on the basis of prior approval, I may withdraw your consent on the basis of 6(1)(GDPR) (General Data Protection Regulation). Upon receiving your notice of withdrawal of consent, your personal data in connection with the “We are MIBE” speaker series will immediately be deleted. Please send any notice of withdrawal of consent to GCBs administration office (docedu@bioengineering.tum.de).
By law, participants have a right to information, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, or objection to processing or data portability. Furthermore, you have a right of complaint and the right to appeal to the Bavarian commissioner for data protection.
